How to Brew the Perfect Cup with Drip Bag Coffee
Enjoying a delicious cup of coffee has never been easier. Follow these simple steps to brew the perfect cup using our drip bag coffee.
What You'll Need:
- One drip bag coffee
- A cup or mug
- Hot water (just off the boil, around 200°F or 93°C)
Instructions:
Prepare Your Drip Bag:
- Tear open the top of the drip bag along the perforated line.
- Carefully pull out the paper handles from each side of the bag and hook them over the edges of your cup or mug.
Set Up Your Cup:
- Place the drip bag securely over your cup, ensuring it sits steady and centered.
Boil the Water:
- Heat water to just below boiling point, approximately 200°F (93°C). If you don't have a thermometer, bring the water to a boil and then let it sit for about 30 seconds.
Pour the Water:
- Slowly pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds to allow them to bloom. This releases the coffee's natural flavors and aromas.
- After the initial bloom (about 30 seconds), gradually pour more hot water over the grounds in a slow, circular motion until your cup is filled. Aim for about 6-8 ounces of water, depending on your desired coffee strength.
Steep and Brew:
- Let the coffee drip through the bag for about 2-3 minutes, or until the water has fully passed through the grounds.
Remove and Enjoy:
- Carefully remove the drip bag from your cup and dispose of it.
- Stir your coffee gently and enjoy the rich, freshly brewed flavors.
